Purpose

Operated to enhance the health and stability of elderly individuals who find it difficult to perform daily activities independently due to reasons such as old age or geriatric diseases. The service provides long-term care benefits, such as physical activity or household activity support, aiming to promote health and stability in old age, alleviate the burden on families, and enhance the overall quality of life.
☛ Caregivers visit the homes of the beneficiaries to provide support for physical activities and daily household tasks.

Beneficiaries

Individuals who have applied for long-term care recognition under the Long-Term Care Insurance Act for the Elderly and have received a "Long-Term Care Recognition Certificate" from the National Health Insurance Corporation.

Caregivers

Qualified caregivers who have completed the caregiver qualification course at designated educational institutions and obtained a caregiver certification from the local government.

Target Users Elderly long-term care recipients (individuals aged 65 or older, or those under 65 with geriatric diseases significantly impeding mobility and requiring long-term care) categorized as Grade 1-5 beneficiaries eligible for care benefits.
Usage Method Long-Term Care Recognition Certificate Issuance (National Health Insurance Corporation) -> Telephone and in-person consultation -> Service application -> Submission of service documents (Long-Term Care Recognition Certificate/Comprehensive Long-Term Care Service Plan) -> Coordination with caregiving support -> Contract preparation -> Service utilization
Operating Hours Every Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to change based on contractual agreements)
Program Support for beneficiary physical activities and household activities
Fees - Beneficiary's share of costs: 15% based on the elderly long-term care grade + non-covered items (food expenses, snack expenses)
- Reduced beneficiary share of costs: 7.5% for eligible individuals, and no beneficiary share for recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act
